You'll be joining the Sanctions and Embargoes Change Team as a Senior Business Analyst, part of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) which includes: name list screening, list management and transaction filtering, transaction monitoring and client risk rating. The team are responsible for the delivery of regulatory commitments, efficiencies and effectiveness and programmes and projects, which are of course critical to ensuring Deutsche Bank has robust AFC controls in place.

Your key responsibilities

Liaising with different AFC functions, AFC Information Technology and business stakeholders to obtain and document requirements for programmes and projects
Documenting requirements, process flows, key operating procedures and key operating documents
Identifying and documenting efficiencies and effectiveness improvements
Owning, producing and refining documents to support the information gathering process
Attending appropriate governance forums

Your skills and experience

Experience with financial crime compliance programmes, preferably within a banking environment
Excellent analytical, judgment and research skills
Excellent capability to document relevant information in a clear, structured and comprehensive way
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ideally a good understanding of name list screening systems and processes
